All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase.
There is no grace period for custom order or due to the special nature of our merchandise, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. We do not give store credits.
In addition, our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed.
Please, be sure of the designer/manufactuer(s), style number(s), name(s), color(s), size(s), any and all other specifications before placing and submitting your order.
Dresses and or gowns that are order in the same color but in different styles cannot be guaranteed with standarnized dye lots.
